Storyline:
A Mumbai serial killer is on the loose and has already claimed a staggering four victims. To make matters worse, this dangerous man is only accelerating in his spree and very little seems to be being done about this recent threat. Rumours have spread that he may also be even more violent than before as well as he gets away with murder each time. Finally, this evil character of a human being is so twisted that not only does he take away life in such a brutal fashion (much like his seemingly accomplice Rakesh), but he even wears a large smiley face mask while committing each one of these crimes!
